Fiestas with manual transmissions have no real significant reliability issues. As others have mentioned, the only common failures are the blend door actuators. Mine just went the other day just short of 49,000 miles for example. Bought a 2013 Fiesta S 4 door sedan 5-speed manual new. Nine years later-49,000 miles it has been pretty reliable. Average around 32 mpg. Only real issue has been the OEM radio system. Had to replace it with an aftermarket stereo after it went bad after 7 years. It is a blast to drive around town. Don’t know about long road trips. The actual temperature setting is a bit off though. One click on the blue side and it’s pretty cold, and one click on the red side it is pretty warm. I have at times have had difficulty in finding a setting that I wouldn’t have to fiddle with the entire drive.
